The LOS Layout builder lets you visually arrange how the Lease Operating Statement is rendered: create Categories, add Groups inside Categories, and drag Account\/Line Items into groups. Remember to Save Layout<\/strong> when you finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to create or edit the LOS layout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Administration \u2192 Settings<\/strong> and scroll down to LOS Layout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add a Category<\/strong>: click Add Category<\/strong>, enter a name (e.g., CAPEX<\/code>) and set the category type (Capex\/Opex).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add Groups<\/strong> inside a Category: each group is a row that contains line items (examples: Net Revenue<\/code>, Monthly Volumes<\/code>, Daily Average Volumes<\/code>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Drag & Drop Accounts<\/strong>: on the left, find account cards (e.g., DASH - OPERATING 7532<\/code>), drag them into the appropriate Group. You can reorder items with the drag handles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Group settings<\/strong>:\n

    • Collapsed<\/strong> checkbox: if checked, the group is collapsed by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Category type<\/strong> radio: choose Revenue<\/code>, Capex<\/code>, Opex<\/code>, G&A<\/code>, or Other<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add<\/strong> button in the group: add the selected account into the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Remove<\/strong> to remove a group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save Layout<\/strong>: after finishing changes click Save Layout<\/strong>. The new layout will be used by LOS and Budget vs Actual views.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Remember to Save Layout, if you want:<\/strong> If you don’t click “Save Layout” at the top-right, all your changes to the layout will be lost. This is to prevent mistakes. If you make a mistake and want to start over, just reload the page. However, once you’re happy with what you have, that’s when you click “Save Layout” to save and commit those changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Use Categories for the high-level LOS sections (Revenue, NET REVENUE, CAPEX, OPEX).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Use Groups to control granular structure (for example Lease & Well Equipment - Before Casing Point<\/code>), and choose Collapsed<\/code> for long sections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You can create custom groups to match internal reporting standards (AFE grouping, project-level groups).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Changes didn\u2019t appear<\/strong> \u2014 ensure you clicked Save Layout<\/strong>. If multiple admins are editing simultaneously, reload to fetch latest layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Accounts missing from left column<\/strong> \u2014 click Reload<\/strong> above the available line items to refresh the account list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
