  • When you refer a new organization to Upstream+ (using your unique link or QR code), that organization is tagged to your partner account from day one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All activity, from sign-up to payment and beyond, is attributed to you within the Partner Portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Revenue Flow and Calculation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Every month, Upstream+ collects all customer payments into a central account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The first dollars\u2014our \u201cplatform fee\u201d (which covers core tech, support, compliance, and ongoing innovation)\u2014are paid to Upstream+ off the top, ensuring the sustainability and continued development of the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The remaining revenue from each resold organization forms the \u201ccommissionable base.\u201d This is the pool from which partner commissions are calculated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • You can request a payout through your Partner Portal as soon as you\u2019ve reached the minimum threshold (if applicable). Payments are made via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
